The present report deals with an actual case of the rare chronic fibrinous bronchitis. With references to previous publications on this subject the picture of the disease is described on the basis of an actual case. A review of the literature available and the investigation of the actual case have led to parameters of the disease mentioned, which are typical and indicative of this disease. It has been found out that chronic fibrinous bronchitis is diagnosable by clinical means. Problems concerning the therapy, prognosis and etiology are discussed.
本报告涉及罕见的慢性纤维蛋白性支气管炎的一个实际病例。参照此前关于该主题的出版物，基于一个实际病例描述了该病的情况。对现有文献的回顾以及对实际病例的调查得出了上述该病的参数，这些参数是该病的典型特征且具有指示性。已发现慢性纤维蛋白性支气管炎可通过临床手段诊断。还讨论了有关治疗、预后和病因的问题。
