It is timely and now possible with the publication of the Homemaker-Home Health Aide Program Evaluation Questionnaire (H/HHA-PEQ), for administrators of homemaker programs to evaluate their programs. Any agency administrator can inexpensively evaluate the quality and adequacy of services rendered, the extent to which the program is achieving objectives, the homemaker/client relationship, a homemakers job performance and changes in patterns of consumption of services. The major focus of this article is to describe the administration, scoring and interpretation of results obtained from an evaluation based on the H/HHA-PEQ.
