The statistics are in favor of medical record professionals--there are plenty of career opportunities available. Moreover, as the health care industry continues to diversify, the demand for documentation will only increase, thus creating more jobs. Who will fill these positions? AMRA members must take action today to recruit dedicated medical record personnel for the 1990s and beyond.
