This notice sets forth a schedule of rates for End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) program reimbursement for supplies, equipment, and support services furnished to patients who dialyze themselves at home. The schedule establishes the calendar year 1981 regionally adjusted rates per treatment for home hemodialysis and home peritoneal dialysis. These rates are the amounts to be paid to approved hospital-based and independent dialysis facilities that enter into an optional agreement with HCFA to accept target rate reimbursement for all home dialysis patients under their direct supervision.
