Abstract

In accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552a(e)(11), we are proposing to add new and amended uses applicable to the following notices of systems of records; (1) 09-70-0005, Medicare Bill File (Statistics), HHS/HCFA/ORDS (2) 09-70-0006, Medicare Enrollment Records (Statistics), HHS/HCFA/ORDS (3) 09-07-0008, Supplementary Medical Sample Bill Summary File of Medicare Utilization (Statistics), HHS/HCFA/ORDS (4) 09-07-0501, Carrier Medicare Claims Records, HHS/HCFA/BPO (5) 09-70-0502, Health Insurance Master Record, HHS/HCFA/BPO (6) 09-70-0503, Intermediary Medicare Claims Records, HHS/HCFA/BPO (7) 09-70-0506, Group Health Plan System, HHS/HCFA/BPO. We have provided background information about the routine uses in the "Supplementary Information" section below. We invite public comments on this proposal.
