In accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552a(e)(11), we are proposing to add new routine uses applicable to the following notices of Systems of Records: (1) 09-70-0501, Carrier Medicare Claims Records, HHS/HCFA/BPO (2) 09-70-0503, Intermediary Medicare Claims Records, HHS/HCFA/BPO. We have provided background information about the routine uses in the "Supplementary Information" section below. We invite public comments on this proposal.
