Privacy Act of 1974; addition of routine use to existing system of records--PHS.

The pending transfer of Saint Elizabeths Hospital from the Federal Government to the District of Columbia Government on October 1, 1987, requires certain transition procedures. This statement notifies the public of the addition of a new routine use to 19 Privacy Act systems of records maintained at Saint Elizabeths Hospital in the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), of the Alcohol, Drug Abuse, and Mental Health Administration (ADAMHA).
