As Dental Laboratory owners, managers, technicians and office staff, we must recognize that our number one priority to become and remain successful is customer retention. To that end, it's essential that we gain insight into customizing the services we offer our clientele. This article will reveal and discuss considerations and available actions, specific to the dental laboratory, for achieving exemplary customer service. By providing on-going customer service training for staff through customized training and role playing optimal communication and customer service awareness will result.
