[Irreversible character of the antimitotic effect of actinomycin D on the egg of Artemia, in the early stages of cleavage].

Inhibition of cleavage by actinomycine D is irreversible. Discussion of the results gives new arguments in favour of a protein synthesis during G2. Necessary for the initiation of the following cell division.
