Rhythmical changes of the DNA--synthesizing and dividing cells have been identified in Hela cultures in the stationary phase of the growth. The periods of these changes were not equal to 24 hours. Synchronous quantitative changes of the DNA-synthesizing and dividing cells and the similarity in the length of their frequency periods were observed. The parameters of culture mitotic cycle: T--27--31 hr, tG2min--2hr, tG2+1/2M--4hr, ts--11 hr, tG1+1/2M--12--16 hr.
在生长静止期的海拉细胞培养物中已发现DNA合成细胞和分裂细胞的节律性变化。这些变化的周期不等于24小时。观察到DNA合成细胞和分裂细胞的同步定量变化及其频率周期长度的相似性。培养物有丝分裂周期的参数:T为27 - 31小时,tG2min为2小时,tG2 + 1/2M为4小时,ts为11小时,tG1 + 1/2M为12 - 16小时。
