[Clinical-endoscopic factors of gastro-duodenal ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori in elderly and senile patients].

Clinical peculiarities of the disease were detected, basing on the analysis of observation of 73 elderly and senile patients with gastroduodenal ulcer disease. While the gastric ulcer disease presence Helicobacter pylori was revealed in 71.4% of patients, aged 60-74 years old, and in 63.3%--aged older than 75 years, while duodenal ulcer disease--in 83.8 and 70% accordingly.
