Miconazole was used as sucking tablets in the treatment of oral candidosis in 11 patients in whom other antimycotics had been without effect for at least a preceding 3-month period. Seven out of the 11 patients were cured within 3 weeks, three after 6 and 7 weeks and 3 1/2 months, respectively. In one patient treatment was withdrawn without cure after 3 1/4 months. The taste of the tablets was characterized by four patients as extremely unpleasant. No side effects were seen in any of the patients.
11例口腔念珠菌病患者在至少3个月内使用其他抗真菌药物无效后,改用咪康唑含片治疗。11例患者中有7例在3周内治愈,3例分别在6周、7周和3个半月后治愈。1例患者在3个1/4月后未治愈就停止了治疗。4名患者认为含片味道极其难闻。所有患者均未出现副作用。
