In the paper there are described and systematised semeiologically the paranystagmic eye dyskinesias. Their neuro-ophthalmological significance and their diagnostic value are discussed. Although there is a large semiological diversity, they signify the sufferance of the cerebellum or the brainstem or of both.
本文从症状学角度对眼球震颤旁眼运动障碍进行了描述和分类，并讨论了它们的神经眼科学意义和诊断价值。尽管症状学表现具有很大的多样性，但它们表明小脑或脑干或两者均受累。
