Abstract
It is difficult to define intracranial sinus thrombosis by clinical symptoms only. We report on a case of symptomatic psychosis which occurred in sinus thrombosis with defective blood-brain barrier during treatment with antibiotics.

仅通过临床症状很难确诊颅内静脉窦血栓形成。我们报告了1例在抗生素治疗期间发生于伴有血脑屏障缺陷的静脉窦血栓形成患者的症状性精神病病例。
