This study was conducted with the objective to evaluate and reach to the conclusion wether is growth factor in human for BST hormone which is species specific (bovine). Based in this, the effect of BST hormone on milk production specially in cows was analyzed, with a fundamental application, in meat production in: bovine, swine poultry y egg production. This arise a question related to the inter-reaction with the sexual behavior and maternity of this hormone. For this reason, the mechanism of action this hormone such as: lactogenesis, nitrogin level, ribosomal RNA (rRNA), protoglicans, etc. were analyzed and the necessary precaution and biological effects with the respect to the consumption of the food produced using this hormone were stated.
本研究旨在评估并得出结论，即人体中是否存在针对牛生长激素（BST）这种物种特异性激素的生长因子。基于此，分析了BST激素对奶牛产奶量的影响，并重点探讨了其在牛、猪、家禽肉类生产及蛋类生产中的应用。这引发了一个关于该激素与性行为和繁殖之间相互作用的问题。因此，分析了该激素的作用机制，如产乳作用、氮水平、核糖体RNA（rRNA）、蛋白聚糖等，并说明了在食用使用该激素生产的食品时应采取的必要预防措施及其生物学效应。
