Abstract
An 11-year-old girl had many features of the nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome. Extensive cysts of the maxilla and mandible were treated with marsupialization and secondary enucleation that resulted in a gradual but significant response. Long-term observation will be necessary to detect the possible development of either basal cell carcinomas or the recurrence of odontogenic keratocysts.
摘要
一名11岁女孩具有痣样基底细胞癌综合征的诸多特征。上颌骨和下颌骨的广泛囊肿采用袋形缝合术和二期眼球摘除术进行治疗，取得了逐渐但显著的疗效。有必要进行长期观察，以检测基底细胞癌的可能发展或牙源性角化囊肿的复发情况。
