The progression of stomatological morbidity and the extent of the stomatological care of students were re-examined after two years, in a random sample of students previously studied. One third of the students who had been asked by post to come was re-examined; one third of them was not contacted because they had changed their residences and could not be reached by post; and one third did not respond. The high morbidity as well as the present situation of treatment requires an improvement in the stomatological care of the students by the territorial public health services of the town where they go to the university.
