Arthroscopic assessment of patello-femoral dynamics in 20 females aged from 15 to 23 years with anterior knee pain syndrome has been compared to MRI study done in this group previously. Arthroscopic evaluation was done according to Lindberg et al. The study suggests, that arthroscopy is an useful technique in evaluation of patello-femoral instability, giving a chance for treatment of other intraarticular disorders (if present) contributing to knee pain.
对20名年龄在15至23岁之间患有前膝疼痛综合征的女性进行了髌股动力学的关节镜评估，并与该组之前进行的MRI研究进行了比较。关节镜评估是根据林德伯格等人的方法进行的。该研究表明，关节镜检查是评估髌股不稳定的一种有用技术，为治疗导致膝关节疼痛的其他关节内疾病（如果存在）提供了机会。
