We analysed the established processes for the verification of ethical infraction accusations involving nursing personnel from a University hospital, from 1989 to 1994. We verified some characteristics of the ones who denounced and the ones that were denounced, and circumstances of the facts indicated in the accusations. The most frequent infractions checked by the commissions were classified by the researchers as: Indiscipline and Mistreatments to the patient. Recommendations are presented to contribute to the solution of the problems.
我们分析了1989年至1994年期间一所大学医院对涉及护理人员的违反道德行为指控进行核查的既定流程。我们核实了举报者和被举报者的一些特征，以及指控中所提及事实的相关情况。委员会核查出的最常见违规行为被研究人员归类为：纪律散漫和对患者的虐待。本文提出了一些建议以推动问题的解决。
