Post-renal transplant compliance.

A selective review was undertaken to identify factors which may affect a child's compliance with immunosuppressive therapies, post-renal transplant. Studies were categorised as either examining compliance from an experiential or selective attribution approach. There are multiple reasons for non-compliance. Children and families require much more support than previously recognised.
