We experienced two surgical cases of MR associated with extensive calcification of the mitral valve annulus. For two cases we performed MVP which consisted of valve repair and annular remodeling. Annular remodeling was performed only on the annulus without calcification using 3 mm Gore-tex graft, because calcified annulus did not contribute to annular dilatation and would not dilate in the future. Both patients recovered uneventfully. Postoperative echocardiography revealed no MR in both cases.
我们遇到了两例与二尖瓣环广泛钙化相关的二尖瓣反流手术病例。对于这两例患者，我们进行了二尖瓣修复术，包括瓣膜修复和瓣环重塑。仅使用3毫米的戈尔特斯补片对无钙化的瓣环进行瓣环重塑，因为钙化的瓣环不会导致瓣环扩张，且未来也不会扩张。两名患者均顺利康复。术后超声心动图显示两例患者均无二尖瓣反流。
