OBJECTIVE
To describe a case of rupture of the deep dorsal vein of the penis during sexual intercourse.
METHODS
A 21-year-old patient consulted at the emergency services for acute penis after vigorous sexual intercourse, with clinical features suggestive of rupture of the corpora cavernosa.
RESULTS
Surgery demonstrated complete rupture of the deep dorsal vein of the penis, which was repaired. Examination showed no injury to the corpora cavernosa.
CONCLUSIONS
Early surgical management is advocated in acute penis, since it will permit us to make the correct diagnosis and treat the underlying cause to avoid future sequelae. Rupture of the deep dorsal vein of the penis is another condition that should be considered in the differential diagnosis of acute penis. Its clinical features are similar to those of cavernosal rupture. Ultrasound and cavernosography are not diagnostic.
目的
描述一例性交过程中阴茎背深静脉破裂的病例。
方法
一名21岁患者在剧烈性交后因阴茎急性疼痛到急诊就诊，临床特征提示海绵体破裂。
结果
手术显示阴茎背深静脉完全破裂，予以修复。检查显示海绵体未受损伤。
结论
对于阴茎急性损伤，提倡早期手术治疗，因为这将使我们能够做出正确诊断并治疗潜在病因，以避免未来出现后遗症。阴茎背深静脉破裂是阴茎急性损伤鉴别诊断中应考虑的另一种情况。其临床特征与海绵体破裂相似。超声和海绵体造影检查无法确诊。
