Abstract
Variable mechanisms were involved, including mainly inadequate manipulation of erect penis, in 22 cases of fracture of corpus cavernosum. Diagnosis is simple from the history and clinical appearance of penis after injury. Early treatment is essential, particularly when the corpus spongiosum is ruptured, and consists of surgical repair, the only guarantee of a satisfactory functional result.
摘要
22例阴茎海绵体破裂涉及多种机制，主要包括对勃起阴茎操作不当。根据受伤后阴茎的病史和临床表现，诊断较为简单。早期治疗至关重要，尤其是当尿道海绵体破裂时，治疗方法为手术修复，这是获得满意功能结果的唯一保证。
