Changes in the rats' metatarsal pad and lymphoid organs were studied during the dermal test performing. It had been found that the dermal reaction to the antigen injection develops in the delayed hypersensitivity type. The histological changes in the examined rats' metatarsal pad correlate with changes in the popliteal lymph nodes' cell population. The lymphoblasts' number increase in the examined rats' spleen evidence the Transfer factor stimulation of the lymphocytopoiesis and plasmocytes number increase evidence the stimulation of the humoral immunity factors.
