Abstract
Three cases of swallowing disorders have been presented in the course of atrophic lateral sclerosis in two patients, and in the pseudobulbar in one. All patients have been operated on after Lindeman method. It consists in formation of the tracheoesophageal anastomosis--tracheoesophageal diversion. Aim was achieved in all the cases. All patients have been taking food by mouth and recurrences of pneumonia were not observed.
摘要
本文报告了2例萎缩性侧索硬化症患者及1例假性延髓麻痹患者出现吞咽障碍的情况。所有患者均采用林德曼方法进行手术，即形成气管食管吻合术——气管食管改道术。所有病例均达到预期目的。所有患者均能经口进食，且未观察到肺炎复发。
