Abstract
The case of 17 year old girl with coeliac disease and menstruation disturbances was described. The patient began to menstruate regularly at the age of 15 during gluten-free diet. After the change to gluten diet bleedings occurred every 10 days. When she again went on free-gluten diet regular menstruations came back. These disturbances may be connected with introducing gluten to the diet.
