Abstract
The effects of pilocarpine on the healthy rabbit corneal endothelium were studied by in vitro perfusion, photography, and electron microscopy. The toxicity of endothelial cells to pilocarpine was doserelated. Photography showed shrinkage of cells exposed to pilocarpine. The most striking ultrastructure changes were margination of nuclear heterochromatin and cytoplasmic vacuolation.

通过体外灌注、摄影及电子显微镜技术研究了毛果芸香碱对健康兔角膜内皮的影响。内皮细胞对毛果芸香碱的毒性呈剂量依赖性。摄影显示暴露于毛果芸香碱的细胞出现皱缩。最显著的超微结构变化是核异染色质边缘化和细胞质空泡化。
