The etiology of cicatricial alopecia is unusually heterogenous and in many cases unknown. If we know the cause of alopecia it is possible to stop next evolution of the disease by proper drug treatment but only at the beginning. However the surgical treatment of cicatrices is an effective method.
瘢痕性脱发的病因异常复杂，在很多情况下尚不明确。如果我们知道脱发的原因，通过适当的药物治疗有可能在疾病的初期阻止其进一步发展。然而，瘢痕的手术治疗是一种有效的方法。
