PURPOSE
To report the association of Marcus Gunn jaw-winking phenomenon and pseudo inferior oblique overaction.
METHODS
Case report.
RESULTS
A 21-year-old woman presented with right eyelid elevation on the chewing movement since infancy. Examination showed that both Marcus Gunn jaw-winking phenomenon and pseudo inferior oblique overaction coexist in this patient.
CONCLUSION
The association of Marcus Gunn jaw winking and pseudo inferior oblique overaction in one patient is reported. This coexistence in our case may provide some support to the existing concept that both phenomena are caused by an ocular aberrant innervation.

报告马库斯· Gunn 下颌瞬目现象与假性下斜肌亢进的关联。
方法
病例报告。

一名21岁女性自婴儿期起在咀嚼运动时出现右眼睑上抬。检查显示该患者同时存在马库斯· Gunn 下颌瞬目现象和假性下斜肌亢进。
结论
报告了一名患者同时存在马库斯· Gunn 下颌瞬目和假性下斜肌亢进的情况。我们病例中的这种共存现象可能为两种现象均由眼部异常神经支配引起这一现有概念提供一些支持。
