The purpose of the study was to evaluate the efficacy of conservative treatment of primary vesicoureteral reflux.
Material included 179 children aged 1-15. Methods included voiding cystography in all the patients. Normal result of the examination was assumed as the regression of reflux.
Conservative treatment resulted in the regression of 58% of I degree-IV degree refluxes.
The most significant factors determining the efficacy of conservative treatment of primary vesicoureteral reflux are: reflux grade and child's age at diagnosis.
本研究的目的是评估原发性膀胱输尿管反流保守治疗的疗效。
材料包括179名年龄在1至15岁的儿童。方法包括对所有患者进行排尿性膀胱尿道造影。检查结果正常被视为反流消退。
保守治疗使58%的I度至IV度反流消退。
决定原发性膀胱输尿管反流保守治疗疗效的最重要因素是：反流程度和诊断时患儿的年龄。
