[Case of intrapancreatic duodenal diverticulum].

A case of intrapancreatic duodenal diverticulum is presented and the possibility of pancreatitis is considered. A digital manoeuvre is described for the non-invasive location of a large diverticulum in case where Kocher's manoeuvre is insufficient. The usefulness of surgery as a mean of preventing what may prove dramatic complications is recognised.
