Two cases of cranipharyngiomas which were mainly located in the nasopharynz have been reported. The cystic nature of the tumour with leakage of brownish-coloured fluid helped in arriving at the diagnosis, which was confirmed on histology. Marsupulization through a transpalatal approach seems to be the treatment of choice in such cases.
已报告两例主要位于鼻咽部的颅咽管瘤。肿瘤的囊性特征以及褐色液体的渗漏有助于做出诊断，组织学检查证实了这一诊断。经腭入路袋形缝合术似乎是此类病例的首选治疗方法。
