Sixty-nine nongenital pelvic tumors were foudn unexpectedly at gynecologic operations performed between 1960 and 1969, during which period 60,930 patients were examined in the gynecologic departments. The two largest groups of tumors were those of the colon, 18 instances, and retroperitoneum, 15.
