Abstract

Heat in body is generally transferred by blood perfusion system but its mechanism varies in whole body systems. The Pennes Equation is a heat transfer equation that is generally used as a balance equation in bioheat transfer analysis. Although this equation is usually used in applied problems, it is not accurate in details. Factors that are not incorporated in this equation are blood perfusion and its effect on heat transfer rate in tissues. In this paper an equation is proposed to calculate the rate of heat transfer by blood flow in capillaries, using mathematical methods. By adding this term to the Pennes equation, it can be optimized.

体内的热量通常通过血液灌注系统传递,但其机制在全身各系统中有所不同。佩恩斯方程是一个传热方程,在生物传热分析中通常用作平衡方程。尽管该方程通常用于实际问题,但在细节上并不准确。该方程未纳入的因素包括血液灌注及其对组织传热速率的影响。本文提出了一个用数学方法计算毛细血管中血流传热速率的方程。通过将这一项添加到佩恩斯方程中,可以对其进行优化。
