Case report of two deliveries in a woman with an oligospermic husband who had a laparoscopic coagulation of the uterosacral ligament for endometriosis, followed by ulilateral salpingectomy and partial resection of the other tube for bilateral pyosalpinx. The tubal stump was stitched into the ovary. The case is reported to demonstrate that it is worthwhile to retain a minimun of chance for conception even in a case with a very bad prognosis.
