The aim of the present study was to use the Delphi technique to identify standards of quality for the curriculum of basic clinical skills in the pre-registration internship.
The Delphi method was used with a selected panel of 52 experts to set a level of competence for 213 practical clinical skills in a series of three questionnaires.
For the pre-registration internship, the panel reached a 75% level of consensus for 80% of the basic clinical skills. A total of 47 basic clinical skills were identified (97% level of consensus) as core skills that should be mastered by the time of registration.
The study suggests that further investigations should be performed to identify a core curriculum of basic clinical skills common to all pre-registration internists. In addition, a curriculum of electives should be based on the special characteristics of each training department.
本研究的目的是运用德尔菲技术确定注册前实习阶段基础临床技能课程的质量标准。
采用德尔菲法,选取了52位专家组成的小组,通过三轮问卷设定了213项临床实践技能的能力水平。
对于注册前实习,专家小组对80%的基础临床技能达成了75%的共识水平。共确定了47项基础临床技能(共识水平为97%)为注册时应掌握的核心技能。
该研究表明,应进一步开展调查,以确定所有注册前内科实习生共有的基础临床技能核心课程。此外,选修课程应根据各培训部门的特点来设置。
