Before birth a marked rise in the potassium/sodium concentration ratio of allantoic fluid coincided with a similar rise in the corticosteroid levels of fetal plasma. The prepartum corticosteroid increase started at 134-136 days gestational age whether delivery occurred at 141 or 151 days.
出生前，尿囊液中钾/钠浓度比显著升高，同时胎儿血浆中皮质类固醇水平也出现类似升高。无论分娩发生在妊娠141天还是151天，产前皮质类固醇的增加都始于妊娠134 - 136天。
