Sclerosing lymphangitis of the penis with a purplish, cord-like structure, singular or multiple around the coronal sulcus, appears 24 to 48 hours after sexual relations. There is edema of the glans penis and coronal area, which is doughy and plastic. The condition is self-limited.
阴茎硬化性淋巴管炎表现为冠状沟周围出现一条或多条紫色条索状结构，在性行为后24至48小时出现。阴茎头和冠状沟区域有水肿，质地呈面团样且有可塑性。该病为自限性疾病。
