To study diagnostic potential of MR imaging (MRI) in rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
Clinical-radiation and MRI examinations of the joints were performed in 110 patients.
MRI symptoms of RA were determined including accumulation of liquid in the joint cavity, degeneration of the joint cartilage, meniscus, ligaments, proliferation of synovial coating, destructive changes in bone epiphysis.
Comparative analysis of x-ray and MRI results showed advantages of MRI in detection of inflammatory changes in soft-tissue structures of the joints in RA.
研究磁共振成像（MRI）在类风湿关节炎（RA）中的诊断潜力。
对110例患者进行关节的临床放射学和MRI检查。
确定了类风湿关节炎的MRI症状，包括关节腔积液、关节软骨、半月板、韧带退变，滑膜增生，骨骺骨质破坏。
X线和MRI结果的对比分析显示MRI在检测类风湿关节炎关节软组织结构炎症改变方面具有优势。
