Abstract

OBJECTIVE

In the case of electrical injury of the wrist, it may be necessary to transplant a long tendon, nerve and vessel for functional reconstruction. But the fibrosis of the recipient bed often makes the survival and functioning of the grafts difficult. This clinical study was to solve the problem.

METHODS

A composite flap was designed consisting of the small saphenous vein, the sural nerve and the fascia of the lower-leg. The small saphenous vein and the nerve were transplanted to repair the defects of the radial or ulnar artery and the media nerve. The fascia was used to reconstruct the recipient bed for tendon grafting.

RESULTS

Six cases were treated with this method with success in 5 cases. 5 to 18 months' follow-up revealed restoration of sensation and finger flexion in the 5 cases.

CONCLUSION

This method is effective in alleviating tendon adhesion, accelerating functional restoration of the injured hand.

目的

在手腕电损伤的情况下,可能需要移植一条长肌腱、神经和血管以进行功能重建。但受区床的纤维化常常使移植物的存活和功能发挥变得困难。本临床研究旨在解决这一问题。

方法

设计一个由小隐静脉、腓肠神经和小腿筋膜组成的复合皮瓣。将小隐静脉和神经移植以修复桡动脉或尺动脉以及正中神经的缺损。筋膜用于重建肌腱移植的受区床。

结果

6例采用该方法治疗,5例成功。5至18个月的随访显示,这5例患者感觉恢复且手指可屈曲。

结论

该方法在减轻肌腱粘连、加速伤手功能恢复方面有效。
