Abstract

OBJECTIVE

This is to introduce a method for reconstruction of extremities with electrical injury.

METHODS

Thirty-six reverse fasciocutaneous pedicle flaps were designed to be used for the reconstruction of extremities with electrical injury in 20 patients. The size of the flaps ranged from 5 cm x 3 cm to 18 cm x 8 cm. The length and width of the pedicle ranged 3-6 cm and 1.5-4 cm. The ratio of the length to width of the flap ranged from 1.6:1 to 4.5:1. All flaps had been successfully transplanted with 180 degrees rotation.

RESULTS

All flaps survived, except individual flaps showing mild swelling and disperse blisters.

CONCLUSION

Satisfactory results both in functional and cosmetic aspects had been achieved with this kind of flap after followed-up for over one year.

目的

介绍一种用于电损伤肢体重建的方法。

方法

设计36个逆行筋膜皮蒂瓣用于20例电损伤肢体的重建。皮瓣大小为5 cm×3 cm至18 cm×8 cm。蒂的长度和宽度分别为3 - 6 cm和1.5 - 4 cm。皮瓣长宽比为1.6:1至4.5:1。所有皮瓣均成功旋转180°移植。

结果

除个别皮瓣出现轻度肿胀和散在水疱外,所有皮瓣均存活。

结论

随访1年以上,此类皮瓣在功能和外观方面均取得满意效果。
