Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To examine the integration of pure titanium implant and bone tissue.

METHODS

Using low temperature dualion mill technique, the interface of titanium implant and bone was examined with high voltage transmission electron microscope and X-ray double crystal diffractometer.

RESULTS

It was shown that calium globules of various electron density or sheets of calcified osseous tissue blended with titanium at the interface. The bone had grown in two directions.

CONCLUSION

The integration of pure titanium implant and bone tissue is good, leaving no gap at their interface.

摘要

目的

研究纯钛种植体与骨组织的整合情况。

方法

采用低温双离子研磨技术,用高压透射电子显微镜和X射线双晶衍射仪检测钛种植体与骨的界面。

结果

结果表明,不同电子密度的钙球或钙化骨组织片在界面处与钛混合。骨向两个方向生长。

结论

纯钛种植体与骨组织整合良好,界面无间隙。
