Abstract

We report a case of an 8-year-old girl operated on with left internal thoracic artery-coronary artery anastomosis for anomalous left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery, in whom an early stenosis of the graft was successfully treated by percutaneous transluminal angioplasty.
