The health condition and work capacity of space travellers during many flights remained adequate. Medical examinations performed during and after space flights consistently revealed the following symptom-complexes: space motion sickness, changes in the muscles system, hemodynamics, fluid-electrolyte balance and its regulation, calcium metabolism and bone density, transient erythrocytopenia and immunity decline. This paper presents a detailed discussion of the changes observed in space flight.
在多次飞行中，太空旅行者的健康状况和工作能力保持良好。在太空飞行期间及之后进行的医学检查始终显示出以下症状组合：太空晕动病、肌肉系统变化、血液动力学、液体电解质平衡及其调节、钙代谢和骨密度、短暂性红细胞减少和免疫力下降。本文详细讨论了在太空飞行中观察到的变化。
