Up-to-date views on the various types of infantile hydorcephalus are exposed from a practical neurosurgical point of view. The neuroradiological procedures are divided in 3 groups: the neuroradioisotopes, the angiographies and the pneumographies. They are described and analyzed. Indicators and possibilities are outlined.
