The integrated functional changes of astronauts are the important aspects in the research field of space medicine, but they remain to be studied. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the significance of research on integrated function state and the ways to study it. Based on the functional changes of the nervous, the endocrine and the immune systems under adverse environmental factors, and the interrelationship among the various changes, the author put forward a proposal of three types of integrated function states, that may appear in astronauts during space flight, namely: depression type, stress type and blood stasis type. The author also recommended some aspects of research of the integrated function states of astronauts.
航天员的整体功能变化是航天医学研究领域的重要方面,但仍有待深入研究。本文旨在探讨研究整体功能状态的意义及研究方法。基于不良环境因素下神经、内分泌和免疫系统的功能变化以及各变化之间的相互关系,作者提出了航天员在太空飞行期间可能出现的三种整体功能状态的设想,即:抑郁型、应激型和血瘀型。作者还推荐了航天员整体功能状态研究的一些方面。
