Abstract
We report the first case of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) ulcerative keratitis after routine bilateral laser in situ keratomileusis. Within 24 hours of initial ulceration the lamellar flap melted, disintegrating into necrotic fragments. Recognition of lamellar flap infections followed by immediate medical and surgical management is critical to preserving vision.

我们报告了首例在常规双眼准分子原位角膜磨镶术后发生耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）溃疡性角膜炎的病例。在最初溃疡形成的24小时内，角膜瓣溶解，分解为坏死碎片。认识到角膜瓣感染并立即进行药物和手术治疗对于保留视力至关重要。
