Congenital polyp of the prostatic urethra in a child.

Congenital urethral polyps are an uncommon cause of urethral obstruction in male subjects. The diagnosis is made by voiding cystourethrogram and should be confirmed by transurethral biopsy before transvesical removal is attempted.
