[Secondary medical education in Galicia].

The author basing on the archival materials has presented the initiations of education of midwives, nurses and dentists at the area of Galicia. He has shown the part of Jedrzej Krupiński in organization of this education. He has presented the history of school and separate features of education of Polish, German and Jewish schoolgirls. He stressed, that in view of shortage of medical staff in Galicia, this personel has played the significant part in improvement of the salubrious condition of population.
