Abstract
It's here referred the biography of a brillant figure of Orthodontics and an excellent personality of American Dentistry. Full Prof. at the "Cátedra de Ortodoncia con Odontología Legal", at the Buenos Aires Dentistry School, he undertook a decisive role in the Latin American Dentistry Federation, whose presidency he was to carry out. Honourable member of numerous scientific entities, he was disnified with the International Miller Prize, conferred by the International Dental Federation.
